格隆汇1月21日｜美国商务部长霍华德·卢特尼克周二表示，他预计美国2026年第一季度GDP增速将超过5%，但同时警告欧盟不要就特朗普总统围绕格陵兰岛问题所威胁实施的关税采取报复行动。卢特尼克在瑞士达沃斯举行的世界经济论坛一场论坛活动中指出，如果欧洲方面落实其关税报复威胁，“那么局势将重新回到你来我往的关税升级循环之中”。
