1月20日，海能达（002583）发布公告，经过财务部门初步测算，受计提诉讼相关预计负债因素影响，预计2025年年度公司归属于上市公司股东的净利润为负值，公司2025年年度经营业绩将出现亏损，最终财务数据以公司正式披露的2025年年度报告为准。
值得注意的是，这也是海能达连续第三年出现亏损。2023年，公司亏损3.88亿元；2024年，公司亏损达34.85亿元。
2025年前三季度，海能达实现收入37.46亿元，归母净利润1.86亿元。
