近日，据“信用安徽”公开披露行政处罚信息，凤台县岳张集镇崇文小学堵塞、封闭疏散通道、安全出口，违反了《中华人民共和国消防法》第二十八条的规定。
对此，依据《中华人民共和国消防法》第六十条第一款第三项的规定，凤台县消防救援大队(凤台县消防救援局)对凤台县岳张集镇崇文小学罚款1.4万元。行政处罚决定书文号是凤消行罚决字﹝2026﹞第0001号。
