人民财讯1月20日电，中海油服(601808)1月20日公告，COSL Norwegian AS为公司全资子公司COSL Hong Kong International Limited下属全资子公司COSL Singapore Limited（简称“CSL”）的全资子公司，负责挪威地区的业务开展。公司拟将截至2025年8月31日对COSL Norwegian AS的债权转为股权投资，并与COSL Norwegian AS签署债权转股权协议，转股债权金额为7.46亿美元，转股价格为1挪威克朗/股，转股数量为753.35万股。本次投资完成后，公司和CSL将分别持有83.02%和16.98%的COSL Norwegian AS股权。
