近日，盛禾生物发布公告称，公司执行董事、首席执行官兼首席科学官殷刘松博士已于2026年1月19日提出辞任公司执行董事、首席执行官兼首席科学官，自2026年2月28日起生效，辞任原因是追求个人及职业发展。
