蓝鲸新闻1月20日讯，近日，福建证监局发布行政监管措施决定书，剑指*ST紫天董事郭敏。
决定书显示，*ST紫天及郭敏存在以下违法事实：2022年年度报告、2023年半年度报告、2023年年度报告存在虚假记载。
上述行为违反了《证券法》的规定。时任董事、副总经理兼董事会秘书的郭敏，未勤勉尽责，对以上行为负有责任。
对此，福建证监局决定对郭敏给予警告，并处以200万元罚款。
