男子地铁演讲为“战胜恐惧”？当事人及地铁公司最新回应

“地铁上的各位朋友，大家现在好，这几天我都在广州地铁三号线上演讲……”近日，一位小伙在广州地铁上的演讲视频引发关注。

A 30-year-old man's self-imposed challenge to deliver public speeches on Guangzhou's Metro Line 3 has sparked widespread online debate, drawing both praise for his courage and criticism over public disturbance and rule violations.

据极目新闻报道，这名在地铁里演讲的小伙子姓刘，今年30岁。

18日，刘先生向记者介绍，今年元旦当天，他给自己定下了几个年度目标，其中之一便是要在地铁上公开演讲50场，目前他已经完成了10场。

The man, surnamed Liu, said he set several personal goals at the start of the year, including delivering 50 public speeches on the metro, 10 of which have already been completed.

“我是一个胆小、自卑的人，2026年我想做出改变，就想到在人多的地方演讲，战胜恐惧，突破一下自己。”

刘先生介绍，他把演讲地选在了地铁三号线上，每场演讲大概持续1分钟，演讲内容多为自己的人生感悟或知名诗词。第一次公开演讲时，他足足花了三天时间做心理建设，才最终说服自己大胆开口去讲话。

对于网友提到的大声演讲可能会吵到其他乘客，刘先生表示，近几次演讲他都会提前征求下同车厢乘客的意见，如果别人介意，他就不演讲。

Liu said he chose the metro as a speaking venue to overcome fear and build confidence. Each speech lasts about one minute and features personal reflections or poetry. He added that he now seeks consent from passengers in the same carriage and refrains from speaking if anyone objects.

中青报·中青网注意到，自1月7日发布第一条演讲作品至今，男子共发布作品12条，粉丝已达5.7万。最新视频显示，他的演讲场所已从地铁转至“机场候机厅”。他公开回应“打扰他人”的质疑称，“相信公道自在人心”。

Since posting on Jan 7 a video of himself giving his first speech, Liu has shared 12 clips and attracted more than 57,000 followers. His latest videos show that his speaking venues have expanded from metro carriages to airport waiting halls.

也有网友表示，这样在地铁上高声演讲，可能会影响到其他乘客。

在刘先生发布的视频里，就有乘客当面指出他的拍摄可能侵犯了他人肖像权。

The videos have drawn mixed reactions online, with some praising his courage, while others argue that loud speeches and filming on the metro infringe on passengers' rights.

广州地铁：违反乘客守则

广州日报报道，1月19日，广州地铁方面作出回应，根据广州市城市轨道交通乘客守则第十三条第八款，地铁车厢是密闭空间，乘客在地铁车厢内高声演讲等大声喧哗的行为，不仅违反乘客守则条款，对其他乘客造成困扰，甚至可能扰乱运营秩序，引起不必要恐慌。

广州地铁呼吁，文明有序的乘车环境需要社会各方共同营造，文明出行，从你我做起。同时，地铁车站及车厢将进一步加强巡视，及时制止相关行为。乘客如遇到地铁站内大声喧哗、外放声音的不文明行为，可向车站工作人员反映。

Guangzhou Metro said on Monday that loud speeches in train carriages violate passenger rules, noting that such behavior in enclosed spaces may disturb others, disrupt operations, or cause panic. The operator said it would strengthen patrols and urged passengers to report disruptive conduct to staff.
