财联社1月20日电，广州市住房和城乡建设局党组书记、局长蔡胜表示，加速推动城中村改造。今年全年城中村改造计划完成固定资产投资1200亿元；集中力量和资源推动52个新模式城中村改造项目，力争2026年底前实现安置房“应开尽开”；稳步推进旧模式项目分类处置，多措并举化解项目风险，力争三年内取得明显进展。
