智通财经APP讯，瑞安房地产(00272)公布，于2026年1月19日，公司及全资附属Shui On Development就有关Shui On Development发行本金总额3亿美元9.75% 于2029年到期的票据与瑞银及J.P. Morgan订立购买协议。票据发行所得净额约2.91亿美元，拟用于支付Shui On Development根据同步购买要约应付的代价及╱或开支;及余下结余(如有)用于再融资其他现有债项及作一般公司用途。公司为Shui On Development于票据及契约项下责任的担保人。
