1月19日，海天股份（603759.SH）发布2025年度业绩预告，预计年度净利润为1.89亿元至2.26亿元，降幅为31.57%至42.77%。归属于母公司所有者的净利润预计为1.66亿元至2.03亿元，降幅为33.40%至45.54%。扣除非经常性损益后的净利润预计为1.4亿元至1.77亿元，降幅为34.89%至48.50%。
业绩预减主要由于部分地方政府项目回款难度大、污水处理项目调价收入减少以及新收购业务导致的财务费用增加等因素。
