格隆汇1月19日丨文科股份(002775.SZ)公布，佛山建发与文科控股签署了《质押证券处置协议》，文科控股为向佛山建发履行部分业绩补偿义务，文科控股拟将前述已质押的1,000万股公司股份（占公司目前总股本的1.57%），通过非交易过户的方式，以4.64元/股的价格过户给佛山建发。
