1月19日，珠免集团（600185）发布公告，公司预计2025年归母净亏损9.2亿元至11.8亿元，同比减亏22.09%到39.25%；扣非净亏损8.65亿元至11.3亿元，同比减亏39.42%到53.42%。
报告期内，公司房地产业务结转规模与收入下降，结转毛利同比下降；公司拟按照企业会计准则对可能发生减值损失的存货、长期股权投资等计提资产减值准备。
2025年前三季度，珠免集团实现收入24.96亿元，归母净利润-5.65亿元。
