乌当区气象台2026年01月19日09时30分发布寒潮黄色预警信号：受强冷空气影响，预计未来24小时我区城区、东风、水田、下坝、偏坡、新堡、新场、羊昌、百宜等乡镇（街道）最低气温将下降10℃以上，且最低气温小于等于4℃，请注意防寒保暖，老人、小孩减少外出，加强农用大棚、棚舍的保暖措施，相关单位请参照气象灾害防御指南做好防范工作。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
