银都股份（603277）发布公告，工作调整，副总经理、董事会秘书鲁灵鹏及财务负责人王芬弟辞任，辞任自2026年1月16日起生效。辞任后，鲁灵鹏将调任投资部总经理，王芬弟则将担任内审负责人。
公司于同日召开董事会，聘任王云桥为新的董事会秘书兼财务负责人，聘任王芬弟为内审负责人，任期均至第五届董事会届满时止。
2025年前三季度，银都股份实现收入21.41亿元，归母净利润4.67亿元。
