格隆汇1月16日丨光明地产(600708.SH)公布，经公司财务部门初步测算：预计 2025 年度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润约为-37亿元到-26亿元。预计公司 2025 年度实现归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约为-40.5亿元到-28.5亿元。期末预计现金余额约为53亿元，公司资金储备稳定，融资渠道畅通，运行安全。
