1月16日，联特科技（301205）发布公告，公司拟在境外发行股份（H股）并在香港联合交易所有限公司上市。
事会同意授权公司管理层启动本次H股上市的前期筹备工作，授权期限为自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。
2025年前三季度，联特科技实现收入8.47亿元，归母净利润8180万元。
