1月16日，蓝丰生化（002513）发布公告，公司董事会收到副总经理兼财务总监邢军的辞职报告，因个人原因申请辞去相关职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
为保证工作顺利进行，公司于2026年1月16日召开董事会，决定聘任彭志敏为新任副总经理兼财务总监，任期至第七届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，蓝丰生化实现收入18.30亿元，归母净利润-7718万元。
