15日，市血液中心启动无偿献血车进机关活动。
随着天气转冷，天津用血量进入高峰期，为了保障各大医院临床用血，市血液中心联合市委市级机关工委，开启献血车进机关活动，15日走进市机关事务管理局，60多名党员干部现场献血。
