1月15日，通化东宝（600867）发布公告，控股股东东宝集团于2026年1月13日和1月14日解除质押股份5535万股，占其所持股份的8.93%及公司总股本的2.83%，并将5535万股股份再次质押。
截至公告披露日，东宝集团累计质押股份为5.62亿股，占其所持股份的90.79%及公司总股本的28.72%。
2025年前三季度，通化东宝实现收入21.80亿元，归母净利润12.02亿元。
