1月15日，三棵树（603737）发布公告，控股股东洪杰将其持有的1110万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的2.24%及公司总股本的1.50%；截至公告披露日，洪杰累计质押股份为1.47亿股，占其所持股份的29.66%及公司总股本的19.88%。
2025年前三季度，三棵树实现收入93.92亿元，归母净利润7.44亿元。
