IT之家 1 月 15 日消息，微软昨日（1 月 14 日）更新 Windows 版本运行状况仪表板，承认 2026 年 1 月累积更新 KB5074109 存在 BUG，导致部分 Windows 11 和 Windows Server 用户无法正常使用远程桌面功能。
微软目前已将此问题列为高优先级，并由 Azure 虚拟桌面（AVD）团队与 Windows 更新团队联合展开调查及调试工作。
根据用户反馈，设备安装 1 月累积更新之后，尝试通过 Windows App 建立与 Windows 365 或 Azure 虚拟桌面（AVD）的远程连接后，系统会弹出“凭证提示失败”的错误信息，导致连接无法建立。
虽然微软指出该 BUG 仅影响特定构建版本的 Windows，但受影响的平台列表相当广泛，包括 Windows 11 的 25H2 和 24H2 版本，以及 Windows Server 2025、2022 和 2019 版本。鉴于这些系统主要应用于企业环境，此次故障可能导致企业用户面临生产力下降及潜在的营收损失。
IT之家援引官方文件内容，在正式修复补丁发布之前，微软为受影响用户提供了两项临时解决方案以恢复连接。
- 首先，用户可以放弃使用 Windows App，转而下载并使用传统的“Windows 远程桌面客户端（Remote Desktop client）”来连接 Azure 虚拟桌面。
- 其次，用户也可以直接通过浏览器访问 windows.cloud.microsoft，使用 Windows App 的网页版客户端（Web Client）进行连接。这两种方式均可绕过当前版本应用中的凭证验证错误。
