1月14日，北辰实业（601588/00588）发布公告，公司预计2025年年度约亏损26.8亿元至33.1亿元，扣除非经常性损益后，预计亏损27.3亿元至33.7亿元。
本期业绩预亏的主要原因是公司房地产项目销售价格未达预期。此外，公司对部分房地产项目进行了存货减值测试，预计计提存货跌价准备。
2025年前三季度，北辰实业实现收入43.67亿元，归母净利润-21.74亿元。
