1月14日，浪潮软件（600756）发布公告，公司副总经理黄磊和肖守明因工作原因辞去职务，辞职申请自送达董事会之日起生效。公司表示，两位副总经理的辞职不会对公司的日常经营管理造成影响。
2025年前三季度，浪潮软件实现收入7.27亿元，归母净利润-2.11亿元。
