1月14日，中央商场（600280）发布公告，今日，公司董事会秘书李尤因个人原因申请辞职，原定任期到期日为2027年5月21日。李尤辞职后仍将继续担任证券部总经理和证券事务代表。
公告中指出，公司董事会秘书职责将暂由董事长祝珺代为行使，后续将尽快完成董事会秘书的选聘工作。
2025年前三季度，中央商场实现收入16.29亿元，归母净利润-5354万元。
