据彭博社，Bitpanda 相关知情人士透露，这家总部位于维也纳的加密资产交易平台正筹备最早于 2026 年上半年在法兰克福进行首次公开募股（IPO），目标估值区间约为 40 亿至 50 亿欧元。消息称，Bitpanda 已聘请 Goldman Sachs Group Inc.、Citigroup Inc. 以及 Deutsche Bank AG 作为承销机构，且不排除最早在第一季度上市的可能性；但相关时间表与发行细节仍未最终确定，后续仍可能调整。
