记者13日从水利部获悉，黄河近日封河至三盛公水利枢纽，标志着黄河内蒙古河段进入稳定封冻期。
据介绍，黄河内蒙古河段2025年11月19日出现首次流凌，12月4日首次封河。封河以来凌情发展较慢。
本年度进入凌汛期以来，内蒙古河段气温整体偏高、冷暖起伏较大，首凌日期略偏早，首封日期略偏晚，出现两次流凌、两次封河过程，封河长度较常年偏短。
