1月13日，京运通（601908）发布公告，控股股东京运通达兴将其持有的6000万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的8.57%及公司总股本的2.48%。截至公告披露日，京运通达兴累计质押股份为2.81亿股，占其持股总数的40.19%。
2025年前三季度，京运通实现收入24.57亿元，归母净利润-2.27亿元。
