财联社1月13日电，据新华社报道，南非立法首都开普敦12日发生一起疑似硝酸泄漏事故，导致4人受伤。报道说，开普敦蒙塔古花园地区一幢建筑内发生疑似硝酸泄漏，现场冒出大量红棕色烟雾。相关部门正在现场进行紧急处置，附近道路封闭，周边区域人员已被疏散。尚不清楚事故发生原因。
