1月12日16时，记者从黑龙江省公安厅交通管理总队高速管理部门获悉，受降雪影响，目前省内哈同（哈尔滨段）、都市圈环线等7条高速公路封闭，哈大、哈牡等23条高速公路限速。
高速管理部门提示驾驶人，雪天行车提前关注路况，遇高速封闭请从就近路口驶出。
