1月12日，铭利达（301268）发布公告，控股股东达磊投资将其持有的750万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的4.91%及公司总股本的1.87%；截至公告披露日，达磊投资累计质押股份为6299万股，占其持股总数的41.20%。
2025年前三季度，铭利达实现收入23.66亿元，归母净利润-3709万元。
