1月12日，中慧生物-B（02627）发布公告，非执行董事程千文因希望投放更多时间于个人事务而辞任，辞任将于公司股东会选举产生新非执行董事后生效。
此外，董事会秘书兼联席公司秘书张阳阳也因个人事务辞任，自2026年1月12日起生效。辞任后，另一名联席公司秘书练少娥将继续担任公司秘书。
