1月5日-1月11日，北京市商品住宅成交479套，成交金额38.12亿元。其中，位于顺义中央别墅区的北京润园以26套、0.76万㎡、4.96亿元的成绩，再次成为全市新房网签周度金额冠军。
据悉，北京润园分别于11月15号和11月27日两次取得预售证，截至目前，15日取证房源已经网签18套，成交均价88364.52元/㎡；27日取证房源已网签106套，网签均价65378.99元/㎡。
