人民财讯1月12日电，在市场调整期，高端改善住房需求展现出较强韧性。根据中指统计，2025年，共25个重点城市1000万元以上新房销售超百套。整体来看，重点25城新建住宅成交套数同比下降22%，而1000万元以上产品成交量仅微降2%，其中上海2025年1000万元以上新房成交占25城总体33%，5000万元以上占比达七成，持续领跑市场。
