王裕文
男，汉族，1962年8月生，全州县石塘镇贤山村人，中共党员，1985年7月农业气象专业本科毕业，1997年9月任高级工程师，2000年1月任重庆市气象台副台长，现任（指收录入书的时间）重庆市气象学会专职副秘书长。先后主持、主研、参加完成科研项目10余项，获地厅级二等以上奖励5次，省部级三等以上奖励3次，发表论文30多篇。
