吴说获悉，英国金融行为监管局（FCA） 将于 2026 年 9 月开启加密牌照申请窗口，要求在 2027 年 10 月 新监管生效前按 FSMA 取得授权；现有反洗钱或支付类注册不会自动转换，需重新申请或变更许可，未按期获批的机构将进入过渡期，仅可维持存量业务、限制新增服务。
