1月8日，英方软件（688435）发布公告，公司董事会于近日收到职工代表董事高志会和非独立董事陈勇铨的书面辞职报告，因工作调整，决定进行董事职务变更。
公司于2026年1月8日召开职工代表大会，选举高志会为非独立董事，并选举陈勇铨为职工代表董事。两位董事在公司的其他职务保持不变。
2025年前三季度，英方软件实现收入1.32亿元，归母净利润-1471万元。
