人民财讯1月8日电，国家认监委公告，西安中威质联认证有限公司等3家认证机构存在提交虚假材料取得认证机构批准书、不具备或不能持续符合认证机构资质条件和能力等问题。依据有关规定，现决定撤销西安中威质联认证有限公司、华盛创合认证（北京）有限公司认证机构批准书；撤销北京启标认证服务有限公司认证机构环境管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系认证领域资质。
