1月8日，宏鑫科技（301539）发布公告，副总经理、董事会秘书王磊因个人工作调整辞职，辞职后不再担任公司及子公司的其他职务。
同时，公司于2026年1月8日召开董事会，聘任胡海燕为新的副总经理和董事会秘书，任期至第二届董事会届满。
2025年前三季度，宏鑫科技实现收入7.68亿元，归母净利润4361万元。
