2026年1月8日，北京市房山区住房和城乡建设委员会 微信公号“房山住建”发布消息，“十四五”期间，房山区累计建设筹集公租房3261套，年均发放租金补贴4968万元，有力保障了中低收入家庭住有所居。
2025年房山区公租房保障率达98.79%，较“十三五”时期提升64%。
