据外媒报道，巴郡（Berkshire Hathaway）新任行政总裁阿贝尔（Greg Abel）年薪为2,500万美元，较前任巴菲特（Warren Buffett）的10万美元年薪大幅增加。
报道指出，阿贝尔的薪酬由巴菲特制定，2024年为2,100万美元、2023年为2,000万美元，2022年则为1,600万美元薪金加300万美元奖金。此外，负责巴郡保险业务的副主席贾因（Ajit Jain）在2022年至2024年亦获授相同薪金。
在巴菲特担任巴郡行政总裁的40多年中，年薪一直为10万美元（不包括计入薪酬的个人和家庭安保费用）。阿贝尔已于今年1月1日起接替了巴菲特，成为集团行政总裁，而后者于去年年底以95岁高龄退休。
