伯克希尔-哈撒韦公司周二表示，已将新任首席执行官格雷格-阿贝尔（Greg Abel）的年薪提高到 2500 万美元，远远超过其前任沃伦-巴菲特四十多年来接受的 10 万美元年薪。现年 63 岁的阿贝尔于 1 月 1 日出任首席执行官，此前他曾担任副董事长八年，负责伯克希尔的非保险业务。在此期间，他的薪酬由巴菲特制定，包括 2024 年 2100 万美元的薪水，2023 年 2000 万美元的薪水，以及 2022 年 1600 万美元的薪水加 300 万美元的奖金。
巴菲特在 2022 年至 2024 年期间向负责伯克希尔保险业务的副董事长阿吉特-詹恩发放了相同数额的薪酬。阿贝尔和詹恩 2025 年的薪酬尚未披露。现年 95 岁的巴菲特管理总部位于内布拉斯加州奥马哈的伯克希尔公司长达 60 多年。
