1月6日，和而泰（002402）发布公告，控股股东、实际控制人刘建伟因偿还质押融资债务及个人资金需求，计划在2026年1月28日至2026年4月27日期间，通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持不超过1842万股，占公司总股本的2%。
2025年前三季度，和而泰实现收入82.70亿元，归母净利润6.03亿元。
