1月6日，银邦股份（300337）发布公告，淮北市公用事业资产运营有限公司计划自公告之日起15个交易日后的3个月内，以集中竞价交易和大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过2466万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
截至本公告日，淮北公用持有5271万股公司股份，占公司总股本的6.41%。
2025年前三季度，银邦股份实现收入45.27亿元，归母净利润6394万元。
