1月5日，南模生物（688265）发布公告，公司的全资子公司上海砥石生物科技有限公司近期与上海市金山区科学技术委员会签订了《上海张江国家自主创新示范区专项发展资金项目管理合同》，预计获得580万元政府补助。截至公告披露日，上述补助资金尚未到账。
2025年前三季度，南模生物实现收入3.03亿元，归母净利润2676万元。
