1月5日，先导智能（300450）发布公告，公司正在申请发行境外上市股份（H股），并在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市。近日，公司收到中国证监会出具的备案通知书，拟发行不超过2亿股境外上市普通股。
2025年前三季度，先导智能实现收入104.39亿元，归母净利润11.86亿元。
