值此岁序更替、万象更新的美好时刻，我谨代表三八妇乐集团，向辛勤耕耘、默默奉献的全体同仁，向与集团携手共进、风雨同舟的志愿者家人，向始终信赖、支持三八妇乐产品与事业的消费者和朋友们致以最诚挚的感谢和最美好的祝福！

At this beautiful moment of changing seasons and renewed vitality, on behalf of 38Fule Group, I would like to extend my most sincere thanks and best wishes to all colleagues who have worked diligently and contributed silently, to the volunteer family who has walked hand in hand with the Group through wind and rain, and to consumers and friends who have always trusted and supported 38Fule's products and cause!

回望2025，我们步履坚实、笃行不辍，共同走过了极为不平凡的一年。在全球经济环境复杂多变、健康产业机遇与挑战并存的大背景下，全体三八妇乐人用热爱和坚守，书写了又一页健康和快乐的篇章。

Looking back on 2025, we have walked with solid steps and remained steadfast in our journey, together experiencing an extraordinarily remarkable year.Against the backdrop of a complex and ever-changing global economic environment, where the health care industry presents both opportunities and challenges, all members of 38Fule have used their passion and perseverance to write another chapter of health and happiness.

这一年，我们坚持以中国式生殖健康文化为引领，坚定3+战略方向，坚决以“五个坚持”为行动指南，深入开展“蝴蝶计划”公益项目，圆满完成了两期生殖健康咨询师培训工作；先后开展了延安红色之旅，九寨沟、张家界、越南下龙湾健康文化研讨活动。

This year, we have adhered to Chinese-style reproductive health culture as our guiding principle, firmly followed the 3+ strategic direction, and resolutely taken the ‘Five Persistences’ as our action guide. We carried out the ‘Butterfly Plan' public welfare project in depth, successfully completed two rounds of reproductive health counselor training, and successively organized the Yan'an Red Culture & History Tour, as well as health cultural activities in Jiuzhaigou, Zhangjiajie, and Vietnam's Halong Bay.

这一年，我们守正创新，以科技驱动发展，BPM系列产品获得美国FDA自由销售证书；《青囊集中低频循经推拿康复技术》出版发行；华泰药业复方珍珠暗疮胶囊获欧亚经济联盟五国准入证书；干细胞产业园、青囊集全球运营中心等重大项目稳步推进，为企业发展注入硬核动能。

This year, we have adhered to our core values while embracing innovation, driving development through technology. Our BPM product series has earned the U.S. FDA Free Sale Certificate; the book ‘Low-Frequency Meridian Massage Rehabilitation Technology of Phoenix Touch' has been published and distributed; Huatai Pharmaceutical's Compound Pearl Acne Capsule has obtained access certificates in five countries of the Eurasian Economic Union; major projects such as the Stem Cell Industrial Park and the Phoenix Touch Global Operation Center are advancing steadily, injecting hard-core driving force into enterprise development.

这一年，我们广纳贤声，合作共赢开创新局。与新疆和田学院达成战略合作，校企联动共育未来；加入丝绸之路（杨凌）生物健康农业产业联盟；创变者全球企业家俱乐部应运而生，一个价值共生、彼此成就的生态正在形成。

This year, we have embraced diverse voices and forged win-win partnerships to open new horizons. We established a strategic cooperation with Hetian College in Xinjiang, linking schools and enterprises to cultivate the future together; we joined the Silk Road (Yangling) Biohealth Agriculture Industry Alliance; and the Innovators Global Entrepreneurs Club was born. An ecosystem of shared value and mutual success is taking shape.

这一年，我们荣誉相伴，责任与认可同行。品牌先后获评“陕西好商标”“新经济风云榜·全球化发展杰出企业”荣誉称号；乐创时代佟昱伯总裁荣获“创新人物”称号；我个人也很荣幸获得“民建全国社会服务工作先进个人”，这些既是肯定，更是责任。

This year, we have been accompanied by honors, with responsibility and recognition going hand in hand. 38Fule has successively been awarded as‘Shaanxi Quality Trademark’ and ‘Globalization Leader in New Economy Rankings’; Tong Yubo, President of Lechuang Times, was honored with the title of ‘Innovative Person’; personally, I am also very honored to receive the‘National Social Service Excellence Award’by CNDCA. These are not only affirmations but also responsibilities.

过去的每一步前行，都凝聚着每一位三八妇乐人的智慧与汗水，每一次突破都离不开伙伴们的支持与信任，在此，向大家表示最崇高的敬意！

2026 will be the inaugural year of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, Filled with confidence and bearing a sacred mission, this will be a year brimming with hope. 新的一年，我们将深化中国式生殖健康文化理论研究，充分发挥文化引领作用，依托生殖健康专项资金，在云南、福建、新疆等地持续开展“蝴蝶计划”行动。

In the new year, we will deepen theoretical research on Chinese-style reproductive health culture, fully leverage the leading role of culture, and rely on special funds for reproductive health to continue implementing the 'Butterfly Plan' in Yunnan, Fujian, Xinjiang and other regions.

新的一年，我们将加强队伍建设，优化管理模式，提升企业的管理和服务能力，提质增效。
