财联社12月31日电，凌志软件(688588.SH)公告称，股东周颖计划通过集中竞价方式减持不超过328.10万股公司股份，占总股本比例不超过0.82%；股东梁启华计划通过集中竞价方式减持不超过244.92万股公司股份，占总股本比例不超过0.61%。减持原因为自身资金需求，减持期间为2026年1月26日至2026年4月25日，股份来源均为首次公开发行前取得的股份。
