12月31日，软银集团在一份声明中表示，已于12月26日完成对OpenAI的225亿美元追加投资，至此已完全履行其3月承诺的对OpenAI投资义务，目前在OpenAI的总持股比例约为11%。软银称，加上其他第三方共同投资者超额认购并增额参与的110亿美元，最终总额410亿美元的投资承诺现已全额到位。
