正味集团(02147)公布，于2025年12月30日，公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人按每股配售股份0.8港元的价格配售最多1120万股配售股份，配售价较2025年12月30日收市价每股股份0.86港元折让约7.0%。假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，净筹约871万港元，拟用作集团一般营运资金。
