格隆汇12月30日丨亚威股份(002559.SZ)公布，公司为坚守精密激光加工设备业务的发展，以自有资金出资人民币4,620,000 元，受让韩国 SM HEAVY INDUSTRIES CO.,LTD（简称“SM重工”）持有的江苏亚威艾欧斯激光科技有限公司（简称“亚威艾欧斯”）38.50%股权，并签订《股权买卖合同》。
